SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION

Shipping:

Shipping Delays:

All orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of being placed. Our shipping times are Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

During our promotional periods, we require 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare and ship orders due to high order volumes. If you would like to know where your order is in the queue, please feel free to email us at sweatersetcardigans@gmail.com.

Once your package is shipped and picked up by the carrier, they are no longer responsible for Sweaters and Cardigans and are the customer's responsibility.

If a package is returned/refused without a tracking number and email confirmation, additional fees will be deducted from the refund.

If a package is declared lost, the customer must file a claim with Colissimo to obtain a full refund.

A claim made by Chandails et Cardigans is neither mandatory nor automatic and will only cover 70% of the value of the lost goods, whereas it will be 100% if made by the end customer.

Pre-order items:
The timeframe for pre-order items is always explained in the reference number of the item you are purchasing. If you have any questions regarding your pre-ordered item, please email us at tricotsetcardigans@gmail.com. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Returns:
If you wish to return items purchased from our online store, please contact us at tricotsetcardigans@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order (return requests made more than 14 days after receipt will not be accepted). Please wait for our confirmation before submitting your return.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for orders placed online during our events such as festivals.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return/refund.

If a package is returned/refused without a tracking number and email confirmation, there will be additional fees that will be deducted from your refund.

Other non-returnable items:
Sale items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to you via PayPal or your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sweatersetcardigans@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@labienaimee.com and send your item to: Chandails et Cardigans, 6 route de Padoux, 88600 Girecourt-Sur-Durbion.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Combined Shipping:
At this time, we are unable to accommodate combined shipping for orders.

Please note that we do not offer winding services for our skeins.
