Refund policy

We do not exchange items for another. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs, unless it is an error on our part. If you are returning one or more items from a country outside the European Union, you must declare the package as having no commercial value. Any customs fees or taxes we may have to pay will be deducted from your refund.

For returns over 75 euros, we recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

If a package is returned/refused without a tracking number and without our email confirmation, additional fees will be deducted from the refund.

Items not accepted for return:

Skeins that have been skeined, items purchased in a clearance sale or on sale, items damaged for reasons beyond our control, PDF digital patterns, and personalized handmade products.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), skeins that have been balled, items purchased in a clearance section or with a promotion or gift card, items damaged for reasons beyond our control, and PDF digital patterns. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
