As I’m not an English speaker, the translation was provided by a French knitting tech editor who has used to it for many years and who almost knits from English patterns only.

The CAMELIA TOP is a very feminine women's tank top featuring pretty lace. It features a lace stitch, shaping decreases, a waist opening for a drawstring, a buttonhole band at the chest, and I-cord trim at the neckline, armholes, and an I-cord at the waist.

SEAMLESS (in a circle from bottom to top then back and forth from the buttonhole strip)

The Camélia Top is knitted in organic cotton DK weight yarn. The stitches are cast on first, followed by a border and a lace stitch in the round. Decreases are made along the sides to the armholes, before continuing with the pattern and stockinette stitch. A waist opening is provided for inserting a cord. Under the bust, the work is done back and forth with an opening for the buttonhole strip. At the armholes, the half-fronts and back are knitted separately with decreases, then the shoulders are finished. The top is finished with two button bands in double stockinette stitch, an I-cord around the neckline and armholes, and an I-cord at the waist.
