I have a bust measurement of 83 cm and I wear a size 2 on the version with seam (13 cm positive ease). I use the Paradise color.

Important information: The model shown in the photo was made without seams. As the construction techniques are different, there may be aesthetic differences compared to the version with seams. Only the seamless version was tested.

Construction details(s)

The tutorial must be followed with the description AND the diagram.

SEAMLESS (from top to bottom and back and forth):

The PARADISE Cardigan is knitted from the top down with a staircase pattern on the front, back, and sleeves. Made from a mohair and silk blend, it offers two sleeve options: straight or balloon. The neckline and shoulders are shaped with short rows, then the sleeves are worked separately. Fancy ribbing finishes the bottom and cuffs, with button bands and a 1x1 ribbed neckline.

WITH SEAM (flat, from bottom to top back and forth):

The Paradise Cardigan is knitted from the bottom up flat, in stockinette stitch and stair stitch, with two LACE or a Fingering and LACE weight yarns. The back, front, and sleeves are worked separately, then joined with an invisible seam. The bottom of the sleeves and bust, as well as the neckline, are in 1/1 rib. Two double jersey button bands, one with buttonholes, complete this model.

Iimportant information: The version shown in the photo was made without seams. Since the construction techniques are different, there may be aesthetic differences compared to the version with seams. Only the seamless version was tested.

Alternative wools

The Paradise Cardigan is knitted with two LACE threads (possible with 1 FINGERING and 1 LACE but less fineness in the stitch) held together.
